Good Friday loves! Today is the day my Heavenly Father went to cavalry’s cross to die for my sins. If I was the only person in the world, He still would have died for me. He loves me even in the midst of my short comings, and His grace is deeper than the deepest ocean!

This week’s post is unlike my previous posts thus far. I’m just a few weeks shy of my 24th birthday, and got to thinking, “When am I going to find the man God has for me?” It seems as though singleness indicates disappointment or failure for some people. However, I love being in this stage of my life. I am enjoying my singleness! I am looking forward to those good morning texts though! LOL. This is my season to love myself, and devote my time to God. The bible is very clear on not being unequally yoked with unbelievers. Why would I settle for a man that is not the one He sent for me? There’s only one person that can fill the void of lonesomeness and doubt, and that is Jesus.

Psalm 139:13-14

For You fromed my inward parts; You knitted me together in my mother’s womb. I praise You, for I am wonderfully and fearfully made. Wonderful are Your works; my soul knows it very well.

2 Corinthians 6:14

Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what partnership has righteousness with lawlessness? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?
