Wear She Is, is a place for me to express myself by showing off my personal style, my love for makeup and shoes, and to express my love for God! For as long as I can remember, I never thought that I was beautiful, and could never leave the house without makeup. I hated the shape of my body, and picked up an eating disorder after my track coach in college told me that I was overweight. It was such a struggle, and started to take a toll on my life. After spiritually maturing, and getting closer with God, I now understand that I am beautiful (with or without makeup) because I am made in HIS image. I no longer compare myself to others because comparison steals joy. I am still learning to be happy with myself, and will continue to grow. I will be the very person God created me to be, which is myself. This is where I am in life right now. This is Wear She Is.
